你會施放“長度”法術,控制混響的衰減長度嗎?
還是施放“擴散”法術,調整混響的擴散範圍?當你的魔杖(或只是旋鈕)逆時針旋轉時,混響變得更銳利,帶有更多的攻擊性,產生個別的早期反射的顫抖聲。順時針則會施放一個更洗練、更具氛圍感的咒語。
由於恐懼感過於強烈,你匆忙施放了“抑制”!當你大聲喊出這個咒語時,你注意到這個咒語的逆時針變化會產生較明亮的音色,而順時針旋轉時,你聽到的是較暗的音色,並且高頻部分較為柔和。這就像是你的魔法改變了洞穴牆壁的硬度,從而影響了混響的音色特性!
在你的魔法書的其他地方有“拖拽”法術,它將數個數位延遲線分開,實際上將它們拖入時間和空間的結構中,朝向一個未知的事件邊界,從此它們可能永遠無法回來。順時針的“拖拽”位置將延遲線聚集在一起,產生更像混響的效果。將“拖拽”逆時針旋轉,延遲線會開始拉開,產生零散的乒乓延遲效果。
“拖拽”可以通過“EXP”插孔進行電壓或表達控制,並在 9 種不同模式中運行,這些模式由小型的“模式”控制器選擇。這些模式包括:非量化、帶斜坡的非量化、非量化伏特/八度、色階、大小調、自然小調、五聲音階、八度與五度。這些模式會徹底改變“拖拽”控制的功能,尤其是在使用表達控制或 CV 時。
“反射”調節洞穴的深度,並且隨之調整混響的再生。這個控制作為一個反饋控制,如果由高級用戶施放,將會自我振盪。順時針旋轉可以獲得更多的洗禮和回聲,逆時針則為更少。
最後,“混合”改變了輸入信號和效果之間的化學平衡。Afterneath 不會完全濕潤,但當你提升這個控制時,會降低輸入信號的水平,從而創造出完全濕潤的混響效果。
Modes
模式控制器改變了“拖拽”控制的運作方式。LED 會變換顏色,指示你當前所處的模式。
- 1.Unquantized: 平滑、無量化的響應範圍,操作範圍內均勻反應。
- 2.Unquantized with Slew: 平滑、無量化的響應範圍,但具有音樂性的延遲,類似於調整復古英國磁帶延遲的變速旋鈕。當“拖拽”控制旋鈕或 CV 改變時,它會稍微延遲,然後迅速跟上。
- 3.Unquantized Volt/Octave: 平滑且無量化,並且與 1v/octave 曲線對齊,可實現音頻的旋律調製,或像電壓控制振盪器一樣控制自我振盪的頻率。
- 4.Chromatic Scale: 對 1v/octave 進行量化,適用於全音階。
- 5.Minor Scale: 對 1v/octave 進行量化,適用於小音階。
- 6. Major Scale (Lydian): 對 1v/octave 進行量化,適用於大音階(利底亞音階)。
- 7.Pentatonic Scale: 對 1v/octave 進行量化,適用於五音音階。
- 8.Octaves & Fifths: 對 1v/octave 進行量化,只保留八度和五度音。
